Mr. Vasudevan Srinivasan

Vasu, CEO, Learning Solutions, with CETC a training content development company has over twenty-five years of corporate experience in areas of Human Resource Strategy building, aligning Human Resource strategy to corporate strategy, People Development, and Internal Communications.

He has a Masters in Business Economics from the University of Delhi and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur, (1983).

Vasu received the Gurukul Chevening Scholarship at the London School of Economics and Political Science for a programme on Leadership and Globalization, and conducted workshops at LSE at the same programme.

Under “In Betweens”, his film production company, Vasu makes educational and training films, (has conceived and developed numerous training videos for a number of organizations including HLL, Pepsi, Marico, Dabur, Bharti Cellular etc.)- and the occasional advertising film for NGO’s.

He has presented papers at international forums the last been at the International Society of Performance Improvement (ISPI) EU conference in Paris.

Mrs. Rajalakshmi Jayaraman

Regional Director- CETC South, Masters in Economics and Education with specialisation in Advanced Psychology, Guidance and Counselling. She is doing a Thesis on the problems facing the Adolescents with respect to School, Home, Health, and emotions.

She started as a Trainer in Chennai in 1993 became a Project Director in 1994 and in 1996 she became the Regional Director of Karnataka. From April 2003, she is the Director for entire South India.

She has done about 2200 programmes right from the vice presidents to down workers. She takes up workers programme for her flair to speak in Tamil. She caters more to Middle Management and above.

Ms. Tasneem Biviji

Tasneem is a behaviour consultant with over a decade of experience in the field of research & content development and training. She is an accredited MBTI® Practitioner.

Her repertoire of work includes development of Leadership competencies and high performance behaviours, performance management, people and professional skills of Interpersonal Engagement, Customer Care and Etiquette & Grooming among others.

She has spearheaded training projects in HR and OD Intervention which in turn have contributed to the augmentation of organisational productivity and increased self actualization for the individual.

An alumni of the University of Mumbai, Tasneem is a postgraduate in Clinical Psychology, employs an analytical bent of mind.

Mr. Bomi Doctor

Bomi is a Marketing Strategist and Trainer with over 24 years of training experience behind him. He has vast experience in domestic and international marketing, market research, advertising, and people issues. His services encompass formulation and implementation of a market strategy to the identification of new products.

Pragati is also involved in volunteer work and has attended the 8th Hindi World Conference 2007 organized by The Govt .Of India, Ministry Of External Affairs in New York.

Dr. Nishreen Saif, Ph.D

Nishreen has teaching and training experience both on an Indian and a global platform. Was a part of the teaching faculty at the IITM, Dubai, has trained employees at various levels at Union Steel Industries, Manav Foundation, Leaders UAE, Dubai on topics like Stress and anger management, Communication within families, Transactional analysis, Interviewing skills, Personality & etiquette, Time and self management, Motivating and managing groups, Communication Skills and Stress management.

Ms. Shobha G Rao: B.Com L.L.B.

Shobha is a skilled content developer and has great dexterity in making training and educational content interesting, engaging and purposeful. She has also conducted programs on Effectiveness, Interpersonal skills, Customer Care, for companies like Canara Bank, Welspun, MSEB, IDBI bank, Hindustan Petroleum, HDFC Standard life etc.

She has over 10 years experience in conducting workshops in various behavioural areas including a stint with Times NIE and with ICFAI Business School – Bangalore.

Shobha has been an integral part of the design and development of the SURAKSHA programme in HPCL. She has trained 15 trainers to deliver HPCL’s workshops to over 14000 people in 97 locations across India.

Ms. Uma Iyer: B.A. (Eng. Lit), M.A. (Public Admn)

Uma has been conducting workshops for Times of India as an educational consultant and English enrichment workshops for Infosys. She has conducted programmes on self development and interpersonal skills, customer care, team building, creativity, selling skills and worked with organisations like Titan, Ashok Leyland., Bharti Cellular, Motherson, BHEL, Coca Cola , Axis Bank, Welspun, Orchid Chemicals among others.

Uma has been an integral part of the LPG – UTSAH programme in HPCL in the design and development as well as conductingthe programmes. She has trained four cadres of employees (around 500 people) for HPCL’s customer Delight 2005.She has conducted almost 150 days of training in Canara Bank facilitating a customer care programme.

Ms. Yeshodhara Bhalerao: MBA, LLB

Has over 20 years of experience in the banking industry. She also has expertise in the area of sensitivity and process training. Yeshodhara has trained people in the field of self-development, communication, team building, leadership & goal orientation for teams and creativity, stress and time management. Has worked with Bharti Cellular, Municipal Corporation (Thane, Ullhasnagar), Mahindra Systech, Yashwantrao Chavan Academy of Development Administration (YASHADA, Pune),MTDC, HPCL, IOC, MTNL, UTI Bank.

Ms. Sunanda Sollapur

Sunanda is a Post Graduate in Human Resources. She has been associated with CETC for the last 4-5 years and is proficient is conducting training programmes in English, Kannada, Hindi, Tamil & Telegu. Sunanada is competent in conducting programmes in Customer care and Team building. She has conducted programmes for many of our esteemed clients like KUIDFC, KEB, BMP, HPCL, BPL, BPCL, Columbia Asia Hospitals, BHEL, Canara bank etc.

Ms. Meenakshi Shivram: (M.Phil, Ph.D): (West)

Meenakshi has trained in areas of communication skills, culture sensitization, behaviourial skills with organisations like Deutsche Bank, ICICI, Prudential, Mastek, Capgemini, MSource, Intelenet. She has created learning / training modules, worked on customizing content, trained trainers, managed client portfolios and has been engaged in conducting Training Needs Analyses.

Ms. Yashodhara M Dave

Ms. Yashodhara M. Dave has a BSc as well as a Masters in Social Work from M S University of Baroda. She participated in Sensitivity Training Lab, both Basic and Advanced, by ISABS.

A Corporate Trainer for more than 14 years in the area of Behavioral Science & Personal Enhancement, for clients such as Castrol, RIL Group, Essar Steel, Alembic Chemicals, ABB, Pfizer, L&T, Bharti Airtel, IPCA Lab, Lupin Laboratories, Colgate Palmolive, Asian Paints, Crompton Greaves and others.

Self Awareness and Personality Development through T.A, Effective Interpersonal and Communication Skills, Team Building, Motivation and Creativity, Rational Emotive Parenting, Effective Decision Making, Stress Management, Customer Sensitization, Transactional & Transformational Leadership, Empowerment & Delegation are programs she has conducted. She is fluent in English, Gujarati and Hindi.
