Outbound training is an interesting
and highly effective alternate training format in people development.
It gives participants the advantage to experience each other
in a different and stress free environment.
Participants
are made to work individually and in groups and perform certain
physical activities which they normally do not perform but
are intrinsically capable of doing so.
Most activities are such that require, overcoming fear, self
will, achievement orientation and supporting each other to
accomplish tasks.
Outbound training makes people of an organisation appreciate
each others personal constraints and fears. Provides
a platform for resolution of interpersonal conflicts and giving
