The Intervention Stimulus

Designed a blueprint for training after thorough research and analysis of the proposed performance management system model of ABG.

Identified the required focus training areas based on the researched data and developed customized content for seven training modules.

The topics identified for training were Introduction to Performance Management, Performance Goal Setting, Performance Review, Performance Feedback Skills, Performance Coaching Skills, Listening Skills and Performance Counselling Skills.
