make time and travel to a distant library or similar environment

CLC is an effort towards enhancement in intellectual capital.
It would be a facility in the premises of the organization,
which would provide various tools for people to enrich themselves.
This Learning Center would include books, magazines, journals,
newspapers, an audio/video/CD ROM library, and an internet
access section
