The Management Skill Builder modules are specially designed keeping in mind current changing business scenario and typical issues and concerns facing the organisation

CETC would like to work with the organisation as change agents/catalysts who will help in bringing about the turn around in the organization.

Each module of the Management Skill Builder is an independent, comprehensive and complete whole unit. The design of the modules allows the organization the flexibility of conducting a session of 3-4 hours. On any one module/topic. The module can be designed as per the needs of the organisation. Each module focuses on implementing theoretical issues and aspects that need to be addressed in today’s market scenario.

A module will include one master copy of the Facilitator’s Manual, Facilitator’s Reference Readings, Participants Workbook, transperancies, Games, and other items needed to conduct the activities incorporated in the module. A film will be included for a module wherein a film based activity has been incorporated. The module areas include self-development, time management, communication and presentation skills, sales, motivation etc.
