Also trained senior professional in the Indian Sub continent including Bangladesh and Sri Lanka.
Has independently conceived and developed numerous training videos .
Recently underwent a course on Leadership and Globalization at the London School of Economics and Political Science on a British Government Scholarship.

She's worked with UTI bank , Citibank, Corporation Bank, Scope International, She has worked with organisations like Ashok Leyland, TVS motors, Titan, ABB,Strides Arcolab, GEC Alstrom Bhrouka Power Corp Carborandum Universal, Laxmi Machines training over 1500 peopleat the executive and managerial levels.

She has very successfully implemented the HR strategies at various large PSU's like KEB, HPCL, BPCL, KPCL ,KUIDFC and KSRTC , private sector organisations like Taj Hotels, Corporation Bank, Scope International and Bharti cellular.
