The methodology we adopt is primarily experiental (interactive) involving use of tools such as games, exercises, role-plays, and skill practice.

We also make training tools to assist organizations, trainers, hr consultants and psychologists, counselors.
[ What CETC is looking for in prospective trainers? ]
Our expectations from our trainers are:
- Post graduates from any stream, having understanding of organization culture and/ or have held full time managerial positions in the industry.
- They should have a minimum of 2-5 years experience in imparting behavioral and attitudinal training.
- They should have exposure to experimental or interactive style of training as opposed to lecture method.
- We appreciate dual language capability.
- Facilitation skills and the ability to engage participants and sustain the energy and enthusiasm throughout the program.
- Open to travel.
