Ms. Jha is a graduate from the Government Law College. She holds a Diploma in Management from the University of Bradford, U.K., is also a Chevening Scholar and has a Diploma in Women Leadership and Management.

Her repertoire of work includes the position of Research Associate with Neemuchwala & Co., with Ms. Indira Jaisingh on a Research Project on Gender Bias in the Indian Judiciary and as an Associate with Action India –a voluntary group on Mahila Panchayats.

She is a consultant with an US AID Project for Advancement of Clean Energy-Development (PACED) which has on its agenda engagement of women from various sectors of society for employment in the space of alternate sources of clean energy.
