A post graduate in Economics, Ms. Rajalakshmi has more than 15 years of experience in research, training and development. She is a master trainer shoulders the responsibility of developing the trainer’s pool within the organization. She has done about 2200 programmes right from the vice presidents to down workers. Ms. Jha is a graduate from the Government Law College. She holds a Diploma in Management from the University of Bradford, U.K., is also a Chevening Scholar and has a Diploma in Women Leadership and Management.

Her repertoire of work includes the position of Research Associate with Neemuchwala & Co., with Ms. Indira Jaisingh on a Research Project on Gender Bias in the Indian Judiciary and as an Associate with Action India –a voluntary group on Mahila Panchayats.

She is a consultant with an US AID Project for Advancement of Clean Energy-Development (PACED) which has on its agenda engagement of women from various sectors of society for employment in the space of alternate sources of clean energy.

Meenakshi Shivram, Ph.D
Meenakshi Shivram, Ph.D

Meenakshi has a Doctorate in English Literature from Mumbai University. She started her career as a lecturer and was then journalist for The Hindu. Subsequently she was Associate Training Manager for the Hero Honda Group of Industries, and then moved on to training for MNCs on a consulting basis. She has been associated with CETC since 10+ years now. Meenakshi has conducted training programmes on Effective Business Communication, Culture sensitization, Organisational Behaviour and behaviourial skills. She has created learning / training modules, worked on customizing content, trained trainers, made sales pitches for training products, managed client portfolios and conducted Training Needs Analyses. She has also worked with the education department of the Mumbai Municipal Corporation in creating and executing leadership skills among public school headmasters. Deutsche Bank, ICICI Prudential, Alcatel Lucent, Siemens, J P Morgan, Blue Dart, Mastek, Capgemini, MSource, Intelenet are some of the organizations she has worked with Meenakshi has been an executive coach for CEOs and CFOs of companies like Volkswagen and Gold shield.

Uma has been conducting workshops for Times of India as an educational consultant and English enrichment workshops for Infosys. She has conducted programmes on self development and interpersonal skills, customer care, team building, creativity, selling skills and worked with organisations like Titan, Ashok Leyland., Bharti Cellular, Motherson, BHEL, Coca Cola , Axis Bank, Welspun, Orchid Chemicals among others. Uma has been an integral part of the LPG – UTSAH programme in HPCL in the design and development as well as conductingthe programmes. She has trained four cadres of employees (around 500 people) for HPCL’s Customer Delight in 2005.She has conducted almost 150 days of training in Canara Bank facilitating a customer care programme.

Dave is a Corporate Trainer for more than 14 years in the area of Behavioral Science & Personal Enhancement, for clients such as Castrol, RIL Group, Essar Steel, Alembic Chemicals, ABB, Pfizer, L&T, Bharti Airtel, IPCA Lab, Lupin Laboratories, Colgate Palmolive, Asian Paints, Crompton Greaves and others.
