What CETC is looking for in prospective trainers?

Our expectations from our trainers are
  • Post graduates from any stream, having understanding of organization culture and/ or have held full time managerial positions in the industry.
  • They should have a minimum of 2-5 years experience in imparting behavioral and attitudinal training.
  • They should have exposure to experimental or interactive style of training as opposed to lecture method.
  • We appreciate dual language capability.
  • Facilitation skills and the ability to engage participants and sustain the energy and enthusiasm throughout the program.
  • Open to travel.
