Ms. Ummul Ranalvi, MA
Founder – Director

Ms. Ranalvi holds a Masters in Clinical Psychology with 25+yrs of experience in designing and implementing HR interventions to enhance organizational effectiveness. She spearheads the organization and is the relationship manager for all major projects and has successfully executed large soft skills training interventions to contribute to building capabilities of organizations.
Ms. Ranalvi has been among the pioneers in introducing the Employee Assistance Programme in India and is the Managing Director of ICAS India a Behavioural Risk management company.
Ms. Ranalvi is also the founder and convener of Working Women’s India Network, a platform which aims at networking with working women from various walks of life, thereby leveraging potential and providing opportunities for uncovering latent talent among them.
Ummul is currently pursuing her thesis on ‘Promoting Emotional and Mental Health @ Workplace’ from SNDT Women’s University, Mumbai. She has undergone numerous training in India and overseas including at Industrial Society in the UK and The Global Women & Leadership programme at the Golda Mier International Training Centre in Israel.
Mr. Vasudevan Srinivasan – MA, MBA
Director – CETC

He has over twenty-five years of corporate experience in areas of Human Resource Strategy building, aligning Human Resource strategy to corporate strategy, People Development, and Internal Communications
After spending over a decade in the corporate world in HR, he quit his position as Corporate General Manager, Blue Dart Express in 1994 to pursue two of his passions- people development, and film making.
Today, he is a Director with CETC a training content development company and also facilitates programs involving senior management and outbound adventure training – not only in leading Indian organizations but also for companies in Romania, UK, the Far East, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. He has immense experience in facilitating workshops in the areas of Vision Mission value articulation and translation, Performance and Competence Management and Leading High Performance Teams. He also brings extensive experience in developing engaging training content in a variety of areas and businesses.
Three years ago CETC went into a joint venture with an English company called ICAS to provide Wellness and Wellbeing services to the Indian corporates. The company provides a 24/7/365 telephonic and face to face helpline to assist members of an organization to get professional counseling services.
Under “In Betweens”, his film production company, Vasu makes educational and training films, (has conceived and developed numerous training videos for a number of organizations including HUL, Pepsi, Marico, Dabur, Microsoft, HPCL, IOC, Bharti Cellular etc.)- and the occasional advertising film for NGO’s.
He has presented papers at international forums the last being at the International Society of Performance Improvement (ISPI) EU conference in Paris.
He has a Masters in Business Economics from the University of Delhi and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur, (1983). Vasu received the Gurukul Chevening Scholarship at the London School of Economics and Political Science for a programme on Leadership and Globalization, and conducted workshops at the LSE at the same programme.
Ms. Rajalakshmi Jayaraman – MA

A post graduate in Economics MS. Rajalakshmi has more than 15 years of experience in research, training and development. She is a master trainer shoulders the responsibility of developing the trainer’s pool within the organization.
Raji has had a very diverse experience from working with banks, automotive sector, pharma telecommunication among others. She facilitates programmes at senior level management cadres which includes Vice Presidents and Asst. Vice Presidents.
Her core skills of facilitation are in the areas of Executive Coaching and Mentoring, Personal Effectiveness, Leadership, Team building, Decision making, Conflict Resolution, Performance Counseling, Business Communication, and Quality of Work Life.
Raji would have to date trained more than 15,000 managers and executives in a span of 12 years.
Ms. Tasneem Biviji, MA
Head – Learning & Development

Tasneem is a behaviour consultant with over a decade of experience in the field of research & content development and training. She is an accredited MBTI® Practitioner.
Her repertoire of work includes development of Leadership competencies and high performance behaviours, performance management, people and professional skills of Interpersonal Engagement, Customer Care and Etiquette & Grooming among others.
She has spearheaded training projects in HR and OD Intervention which in turn have contributed to the augmentation of organisational productivity and increased self actualization for the individual.
An alumni of the University of Mumbai, Tasneem is a postgraduate in Clinical Psychology, employs an analytical bent of mind.
