The Project
To Design and develop an instructional training module on ‘Living the Values’ for the use of HDFCSL team of ‘Internal Trainers’. Audience strength: 15,000 employees Pan India
The Brief
To develop an interesting and informative communication package which appeals to employees at all levels, enabling them to assimilate and internalize the values while displaying the same through appropriate behavior. To bring value congruence through debate and make every member of the organization individually want to give his/her best.
The Intervention Stimulus
Designed and developed and evocative and memorable module. Each of the HDFC Standard Life Values was reinforced using innovative communication techniques. The module was standardized in content and the internal trainers carried the message across to all employees of HDFC Standard Life all India.
