CETC has designed highly interactive, creative and user-friendly training kit for Nexant Inc. & USAID under the Partnership to Advance Clean Energy Development (PACE-D) Technical Assistance Program
Objective:
To enhance the engagement and participation of the audience attending the Solar PV Rooftop Technology (SPVRTT) Training Program for DISCOM Utility Engineers and Entrepreneurs of SPVRT installation modules.
The Task
Deliverables:
CETC followed the principle of Adult Learning Androgogy, to design & develop innovative activities and games, scripted and produced 4 short films, to introduce the advantages, economies of business and Clean Energy in the use of SPVRTT to Entrepreneurs and Utility Engineers. The emphasis was on the need for participants to clarify their objectives and role as important stakeholders. The SPVRTT Utility Engineers and Entrepreneurs’ Kits are designed to enrich the learning experience for participants through engaging & tactile stimulus, thus enhancing retention through memorability. Our endeavour is to create a healthy competitive spirit, encourage an attitude towards taking initiative and problem solving and maximum transfer of learning.

The SPVRTT Utility Engineers and Entrepreneurs Kits consists of all the hardware required to conduct the activities and the slide deck for conceptual inputs. The material is packaged in a smart, durable carry/ trolley case to ensure no breakage and ease of carriage by trainer to the training locations

- • Entrepreneurs Dev Program: Site Assessment & Planning, Project Costing & Economics, Market Trends & Business Proposals
- 2. Review and reformat the technical content slide deck where required
- 3. Develop a detailed, activity instruction module
