Sensitization workshops on Gender Inclusion – Workshops addressing issues related to Myths & Bias’ regarding Gender Roles. Obtaining an understanding of the geneses of gender roles and how biases related to these impact the work environment.

The Brief To have a dialogue on concerns related to gender sensitivity. Help participants understand the principles of inclusiveness and emphasis on zero tolerance on Sexual harassment. To create an atmosphere and culture of safety at the workplace.

The Intervention Stimulus The interactive workshop with the use of visual elements and caselettes to initiate discussions to deliver the message of inclusiveness. Ideating and questioning also used by the facilitator to create an environment of active participation and engagement of the teams and help them understand Godrej policy of Safety and Zero tolerance.
